If you’re following along on Instagram or TikTok, you’ll know that our first-evercustom drink is launching tomorrow at andSons in Beverly Hills!!!! We’ve been planning this for a month, and it feels so surreal to see it come to life.
I’m soooo excited. I love how LA partnerships always include a custom drink lol.
My original idea was a passion fruit matcha… but apparently, passion fruit + milk = curdled disaster. Truly disgusting. So, the chef vetoed my concept after a few attempts. Oops. Back to the drawing board we went, and now we’ve perfected this recipe.
It’s basically a piña colada in matcha form: fresh pineapple purée, fresh coconut cream, and of course, matcha. Fresh, tropical, a little vacation-in-a-cup moment. Which is why you guys voted for it to be called “Make It An Endless Summer”. Honestly, I’m tempted to grab one for tomorrow night and add a shot of vodka.
